1. Payment of Tender Fee
Payments must be made at the Finance Division, Summit Room 1, International Convention Centre (ICC), Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

2. Document Issuance
Upon successful payment, please present your official receipt to the ICT Department at Bilik Makmor, ICC. Once the receipt is verified, the tender documents will be sent to you via email.
